What All You Need?

  1. All-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
  2. Kosher salt
  3. Baking soda
  4. Unsalted butter, at room temperature
  5. Packed light brown sugar
  6. Granulated sugar
  7. Large eggs
  8. Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  9. Tups semisweet chocolate chips
  10. Chopped walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped (optional)

Let’s Get Started!

1.Got your Oven ready ? Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.

2.In a medium bowl get your dry ingredients ready by mixing up the flour, salt and baking soda.

3.Now, manually or by electric mixer combine the butter and brown sugar until it gets super fluffy.

4.Next Add the eggs one by one.

5.Pour the vanilla extract for great taste and aroma into the batter

6.Now its time to mix the dry ingredients with our wet mixture. CAUTION: Do not over mix it, mix till it gets combined.

7.Add the choco chips and walnut into the batter.

8.You are almost there. Butter your cookie tray and Pour the batter in the cookie tray,bake till the cookies are golden brown. Best cookies are those that are super crispy in the corners and fluffy and juicy in the middle.

9.Now cool the cookies for 15-20 mins and store it in an air tight container.
