  1. Do not overdo it. Make small portions of food. Babies who are months old cannot eat more than four tablespoons. Thus prepare small quantities.
  2. Remember that there are foods that are good for you but not for the babies. They can’t tell you how they feel but too much of onions, beans, wheat, and milk could cause gas and make them feel uncomfortable.
  3. Look out for foods that cause allergies. Fish, egg, eggplants and shell foods. Consult your pediatrician before making the baby food.
